Its been a busy year for life raft servicing courses; over the past twelve months we have sent our service staff on refresher courses for Plastimo liferafts and lifejackets, Seago life jackets and Ocean Safety Charter liferafts and life jackets and Jon Buoy products. We are now the only company in Cornwall authorised to carry out service, modification and certification to these safety items. We are also the only company in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset authorised to carry out approved service to Autoflug, Bfa, ProSaver, Wetline and XM liferafts and lifejackets. Early next year we will be attending a refresher course to keep our thirty year old association with Avon, Bombard and Zodiac up to date. We have also had our annual MCA inspection.
It is important to have your liferaft and lifejackets serviced by an authorised and approved Liferaft Service Station, only these will have access to genuine spares, details of modifications and recalls and the back-up of the manufacturer in warranty issues. For Commercial use it is also a MCA requirement.
All our approved servicing is carried out on our premises in Cornwall and you are welcome to attend and see your liferaft in its inflated state.
